Notes from our CEO
This month we are kicking off the summer travel season with an issue of DefiningINSIGHTS dedicated to the online travel industry. This industry in particular has seen a great deal of change in the past several years. I believe the big picture for all of us is that being able to understand your customers is key to the success of any business.
Our feature article this month is an interview with one of our clients, Ted Schweitzer, VP of e-commerce for La Quinta Hotels. Ted was kind enough to answer a few questions for us and to offer some insight into the evolution of the online travel industry.
Enjoy!
